SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We have different shipping and delivery options.

We offer Free Shipping within the EU for a minimum order value of €150. For orders below €150, we are not able to offer free shipping but we will use the best low-cost shipping method that is estimated to €10-15 depending on the weight and destination.  

From time to time we have promotions and discount offers that might or might not include Free Shipping depending on the promotion and the offer. However, all orders of €150 and above shipped within the EU will qualify for Free Shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, e.g. stock availability, weekends, holidays etc.

However due to that, we want to offer Free/Low-Cost Shipping as often as possible to add value to our services and products, we use a shipping method that takes about 2-7 business/working days. In some cases, the delivery might take longer depending on the destination, stock availability and order load at the time. However, be assured that we will do our very best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. 

We are sure that our customers appreciate our efforts to offer the Best Prices possible and Free or Low-Cost Shipping when possible. We appreciate your understanding.

If you are an experienced online shopper then you already know that any Express, Premium or Special Shipping is expensive, and that does not motivate the best price products we want to offer. Therefore we normally send the packages with standard shipping so we appreciate your patience. This way you will get great quality products with the lowest possible price we can offer to provide the best value for your investment. 

It will be worth the wait when you get real value for your money:) 

For the orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, depending on the weight and the destination, the shipping charge will be calculated automatically when you continue to the Shipping Method section in the Checkout area.

Be assured we will use the best possible solutions to offer you Free Shipping when applicable, or the best possible cost-effective shipping. 

Please note that multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
